this matter and let me know what has happened to our order?

Sincerely,

explain TWO problems and make ONE request.

Sample for answer:

Dear Mr. Blascoe,

I’m afraid that we have been unable to release your shipment from the warehouse because payments on your
account appear to be overdue. In addition, our administrator is away due to illness, so unfortunately we were
not able to notify you of the delay.

Would it be possible for you to settle your account as soon as possible? Once payment is received, your
shipment will be delivered immediately.

Sincerely,
S. Refo
