Full Body Harness Inspection

This safety harness inspection checklist documents the inspection of a safety harness. It lists each part of the harness including the D-ring, buckle, webbing, stitching, and lanyard. For each part, it indicates whether its condition is acceptable or not based on criteria like cracks, damage, cuts, or deterioration. At the end, the inspector must indicate if the harness is suitable for clean and re-inspect, return to service, or needs removal from service based on the inspection results. The inspector also notes that any harness subjected to fall arrest or impact forces must be immediately destroyed.
