MOS Training
The MOS certificate is increasingly popular and is chosen by a large number of universities to
consider the output criteria of IT for students. In 2020, the center has trained thousands of students
with the exam rate of approximately 100%, many of whom have achieved max scores with the rate of
nearly 20% of the total number of passed exams.

Overview
With the vision of sharing our knowledge of Information Technology in general and Informatic in
specific, we create website HOCICT-Information Communications and Technologies to collect and
rearrange educational materials and our own resources.
Welcome to website http://www.hocict.edu.vn. This website is used for sharing
document, lecture, reference material without using storage device.
Moreover, students can check studying schedule, exam report, grade, etc. The
website’ main contain covers lecture slides, curriculum, exercise is constructed by
website owner and his colleagues.
The creators’ purpose is for studying, exchanging and sharing knowledge with positive construction
for non-profit.
Microsoft Office Specialist
MOS is the only justification that validates your skills in using Microsoft Office and is directly
certified by the CEO of the Microsoft Corporation.
About MOS
At present, individuals with an international MOS
(Microsoft Office Specialist) certifications are
getting attention from many domestic and foreign
companies in employment recruiting, such as
major financial institutes, and telecom
corporations. Besides, MOS program is being used
as a standard curriculum for K1-12 pupils and
college students in our country. Since MOS is still
new, therefore studying and obtaining the MOS
certification is difficult due to some obstacles for
the students.
Base on my own professional experiences and
personal encounters, I will summarize several important topics to keep in mind when studying as well
as taking exam for MOS certification.
The MOS test was created by Microsoft and performed by Certiport (USA). The exam is conducted
online, with more than 25 languages built, including Vietnamese.
MOS Level
Specialist: Certification of basic skills
Master in Microsoft Office product: Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.
Expert
Specialist
Expert: Certification of expert skills in Microsoft Office product: Microsoft Word and
Microsoft Excel.
Master: Certification of the most advanced comprehensive skills in using Microsoft Office.

Internet Computing Core Certification
IC3 (Digital Literacy Certification) is an international certification of computer
and Internet use issued by the World Computer Organization Certiport (USA).
IC3 certification is an international benchmark for computer proficiency,
recognized worldwide. IC3 fully reflects the foundational skills needed to
succeed in most academic, professional and social fields that require the use of
computers and Internet applications.
Currently, the IC3 exam has 3 versions: IC3 GS3 and IC3 GS4, IC3 GS5. GS% is the next version of
the test, updated with new knowledge to serve the community. For example, deploying on a new
version of Office (2016, 2019), adding issues about online life, cloud computing, mobile technology.
