Every step is a partnership proprietorship that sells customized baby gift sets that are custom-made
for every new baby born and mother or father, and all the customer needs to do is send us their baby’s
name, parents' names, gender and family pictures. It offers high-quality baby prep stuff and baby
products from baby clothes to baby toiletries and what a mother or father needs to know during and
after pregnancy, it fills a niche in the market serving mothers, fathers and most importantly our main
character the babies.
Every Step’s ideal customers are mothers and fathers who either are first-time parents and do not know
what to do or are already parents but need something unique and new during the course of their
pregnancy, birth and parenting. Given that being a mother and father is a very important step in many
people’s lives and that the baby care industry generates about USD 18.35 billion a year globally there is
a market not only for traditional baby care selling and buying but also a line of baby care sets that are
there for every parent every step of the way.
Given that the baby products are carefully selected, produced and customized by the best high-quality
suppliers and manufacturers, they are priced at a premium with volume discounts for larger orders.
Every step will promote its products through a mix of partnerships with established brands and
influencers and digital advertising.
Every step is pre-launch currently and projects earning over $1000 a month within 5 months of launch.

Shirihuru who have first-hand experience in the baby industry and what a parent would want for their

Every Step’s vision is to be the world’s best quick-serving company experience that every parent can
count on and its mission is to provide outstanding quality service and products and to value how the
customer feels so that every customer smiles whenever they receive their products because they know

Every step’s products include baby skin care products for example soothing baby oil , baby hair
shampoo ,baby lotion ,baby wash soap e.t.c ,baby clothes and baby blankets specifically designed to
accomodate every baby ,the fabrics used will be gentle on the baby’s skin yet pretect the baby from
external factors such as cold weather and harsh conditions and there will also be products designed for
mothers and fathers for example maternity clothing ,shoes specially designed for mothers to give them
comfort and also make them feel beautiful ,back pain relievers ,pregnancy books and guidance during
thier pregnancy ,it will also cater for them after birth with products that will help them bounce back
after pregnancy from skin care products to herbal products to help keep their body fit and strong.
Every steps package will also include albums that parents can design to their liking ,meaning parents
will send pictures they wish to put in their album and we will print them out for them and send them
along with their chosen album which they either choose to be designed for or they personally design it .

Own Funds
This will be money from the owners, that is, Capital from their savings or the profit the business makes .
Since Every Step is a partnership business the owners will supply the funds themselves ,there will be no
interest to be paid as the owners are the soure of funds for the business.
Borrowed Funds
These will be funds accumulated from borrowing from financial institutions such as a bank .Since it is
borrowed it becomes a debt that is repaid with interest . As the business progresses the business will
need to have trade credits ,bank overdrafts and term loans that it will be willing to pay back as the
business progresses .The company is willing to borrow funds and have debts in order to establish their
business .It is a risk worth taking!

Every step’s target market is every baby ,mother and father in the world, Whether experienced or not .
Our consumers are parents and their babies ,this is because many people find it hard to know if they
are doing the right thing or not when it comes to caring for their babies and pregnancy .Some do not
know what to get and what not to get and have no one to really guide them and tell them they are doing
great. At Every Step we truly do meant it when we say that we will be there Every Step of the way ,from
pregnancy to birth .We will also be there as the child grows up ensuring that we keep sending those gift
sets to remind our customer how great of a parent they are and ensuring that they get the chance to
make memories without doubting if they are doing it right or not .
Parenting is all about taking risks ,what you buy or what you do for yourself and baby is a big risk that
also becomes a great memory .Our target market is Parents and babies ,every single hour a new baby is
born ,a woman becomes a mother ,a man becomes a father .Every 30 minutes a woman discovers she is
pregnant or a baby is made and ,hence , our potential market is a very large market that will keep
expanding for the rest of humanity.
Customers’ needs are changing ,with social media many people are influenced by things they see on the
internet . Many people get influenced by what social media is doing and also do the same but deep
