A Glimpse of the Past

1. Share your physical education experiences in high school. Compare these with
your expectations in physical education in college.
During our physical education in high school, we’ve done a lot of activities such
as dancing in different genre, performing various kinds of exercises, and playing sports. I
enjoy doing those things even though I am not really good at it especially in playing
sports. One time we played volleyball and I choose to be one of the cheering squad
because of the fact that I was not able to play with them. Today that I am now in college,
I hope that we, the students, still be able to do some physical activities despite of the
distance learning.

2. Give examples of physical education activities in high school. Which of these do you like
best? Why?
The physical education activities in the high school includes aerobics, anaerobic,
playing sports, Zumba and various kinds of dances. What I do like the most is the
Zumba because it involves exercises and a dance.
