Terms and Conditions:

If the beams need to be kept permanently on-site or cannot be extracted for reasons unrelated to TFF, a cost of
AED 2,500 per beam should be paid to TFF.

Payment terms:

10% Advance.

30% after approval of design.

30% after supply of beams.

25% payment to be made after 100% beam installation.

5% payment after supply of concrete panels.

Delivery terms:

30 working days
