PART OF THE RECIPE:
1- RECIPE NAME: eggs with small sauté
2-COOK TIME or PREPARATION TIME: fifteen minutes
3-YIELD: two persons
4-LIST OF INGREDIENTS (in portions / grams)
- 4 eggs
- Salt 2 grams
- Pepper 1 gram
- English sauce 2 mililiters
- Onion 20 grams
- Garlic 1 clove
- Oil 12 mililiters
5-LIST OF UTENSILS: (At least 5)
- Frying pan
- Spoon
- Kitchen
- Knife
- Chopping block
6-DIRECTIONS or PREPARATION / STEPS— USE SEQUENCERS: first, second, third, then, after that, later, finally…
- First chop the onion and chop the garlic in small cubes whit the knife in the chopping block, second heat the frying pan and added
the oil and wait to warm up in the kitchen, after that pour the onion and the garlic for sauté, removed whit one a scoop, third break the
eggs and pour in the frying pan, later added salt and pepper, after that added little English sauce, finally serving and enjoy.
