Music Concert Proposal Example

This proposal suggests a partnership between Orca Concerts and Your Church to hold 2-4 chamber music concerts per year at Your Church to raise money for local charities. Orca Concerts would provide internationally renowned musicians to perform 60-80 minute concerts featuring music from different eras. Concert attendees would pay admission by donation, with 50% of funds going to featured local charities and the other 50% split among musicians. Your Church would provide the performance space and assist with publicity, while Orca Concerts would handle additional promotion and logistics. The goal is for the concerts to inspire the community and help Your Church fulfill its mission of serving those in need.
