The following are obligations and liabilities expected of KEEHIVE Employees in a Work
From Home Setup:

1. Maintain strict confidentiality of assigned ID’s and Log in Credentials, these


therefore shall not be disclosed to any entity outside the organization under any
circumstance.

2. Withhold from using any information and property obtained through duties in the
company in any outside engagement irrelevant from standard operating
procedures.

3. Guarantee his or her complete attendance for shifts that will be worked from
home.

4. A Work From Home Setup, once approved, is only valid for five days. Should the
employee still be incapable of coming to the office in person, the employee must
once again file a secondary letter of request for a work from home setup. The
setup is only allowed for 10 days of work.

5. After 5 Days of an approved Work From Home Setup, the employee shall without
fail, return the equipment lent to them by the company and be subject to an
equipment check to be conducted by the Administrative-Technical Support Officer
of the company. Should the ATS Officer find any damage or loss to the
employee’s assigned equipment, the employee will be required to pay the amount
equal to the cost of the damages or losses. The declared value for each piece of
equipment is as follows:

 CPU – Php 10,000.00


 Headset(JABRA) – Php 3,500

I hereby take accountability for the iterations abovementioned and shall comply with any
method the management deems fit as a form of reparation and redress:
