Summary: Simple Reinstall of the Continuum RMM agent usually fails.
This document will provide steps
for removing RMM agent and reinstalling.
Steps were updated 4/18/2023 with a working method
Uninstall the following Applications.

ITSupport247DPMA
Delete RMM files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SAAZOD and delete all files within folder. There will likely be some
processes running that will cause a file to be in use. If so, open Task Manager and end the following
processes:
If delete fails go to Task Manager and Disable Tree for:
Shut down any ITS services running:
SAAZWatchdog
SaazServicePlus
Scheduler
SaazDPMACTL
zCCM.exe
zinCCM64.exe
rtHLPDsk
Return to Step 2.1 and delete SAAZOD folder files
Also remove %temp% files
Remove SAAZOD folder from ProgramData folder
Clear Agent Registry (Open CMD as run as administrator -- Tyoe 'Regedit' -- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --
Software -- WOW6432Node -- Delete SAAZOD and ITSPLatform)
Delete:Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SAAZOD
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SaazVersion
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SAAZOD SaazVersion
Delete the key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\ that has ITSPlatform in
it (It is random)
May require a reboot
Once all files in SAAZOD folder are deleted, install RMM agent
Download from the Manage tab in Devices: ITS portal >> Devices >>Manage >> download agent >> select
site
