LEAVE POLICY

Effective Date: 01/04/2023,
Dear Team Arcedo,
This is to inform all the employees that the management has decided to introduce a “LEAVE POLICY”
for the betterment of all the employees.
From this financial year (2023-24) all the employees will be eligible to take 18 days (in total) leave
within the financial year.
Leave Entitlement:
1. 08 Medical/Sick Leaves
2. 10 Casual Leaves
Features:
‘+ Allthe employees need to mandatorily utilize the leaves every financial year. if not availed,
the available days will be lapsed on March 31°.
© Carried forward of leaves will not be allowed.
‘+ Leave Encashment will not be allowed.
‘+ Employees on probation can avail leaves only in case of sickness or emergency, subjected to
management's approval.
‘* All leaves need prior approval from the management 1 week prior to the day/days of leaves
and the same needs to be informed to the Concerned Dept,
'* Incase of Sick/ emergency leaves, one need to inform the management as soon as possible
or take the approval on the day of rejoining and the same needs to be informed to the
Concerned Dept.
‘+ Incase of emergency if any employee fails to inform/ notify the management of their
absence within 2 hours of the schedule time, they will be marked as absent for that day.
Salary will be deducted even if there is leave available.

www.arcedo.net© One can avail maximum of 3 working days of leave at one time, subjected to prior approval
from the management.
+ _Itis mandatory for employees to submit medical records in case they avail medical leave for
more than 2 days.
* All the employees are expected to reach the Office or Working Site within the specified time.
A grace period of 15 min is also allowed. However, if any employees are found entering the
premises after the grace time, they will be marked “Late” for that day. And any employee
found “Late” for three days in a single month, then, 1-day salary or 1-day leave will be
deducted in the said month depending on the management's decision.
‘© During the notice period, employees will not be allowed to avail any leaves. If they do, their
notice period will further be extended by the number of leave days availed.
