To whom it may concern,

I am writing to recommend Yoan for the position of teaching English language abroad.

I have known Yoan for 6 year both personally and socially. He is a very kind and calm person, and has
no issues communicating with others, especially children. However, Yoan can get quite serious when
necessary which would prevent children from creating trouble in the classroom and disrupt the learning
process.

Yoan has been working as a teacher assistant at our local high school for two years now. This
experience has taught him how to be organized, which will help when preparing for the classes. What is
more, he has also improved his time-management sufficiently, thus every child and their parents will
receive feedback on time and will know what to improve before it is too late.

During the summer vacation when children do not have school, Yoan works at a very popular hotel as a
children’s entertainer. He is very capable of attract and keep the attention of the children for long
periods of time without any issue. What is more, he can create entertaining games and activities that he
can implement in the classroom to make the learning process less boring.

I believe he would make an excellent teacher at your academy, hence I have no hesitation of
recommending him to join your team.
