I declare that all the information | provide is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. | realized that this self-declaration had to be reviewed and verified and if the information had been falsified, | could be stopped from the AWS re/Start program selection process due to misinformation. Ihereby declare that; i. lama Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder; ii. Ihave at least 6 months of work experience in any field (no IT experience required); | understand that this is a full-time program that will run over the course of 3 months, worth Rp 40 Juta that Orbit Future Academy is offering free of cost, which I am committed fo complete; iv. lunderstand the schedule and device requirements and ensure that | have fulfilled the same upon acceptance of the program; v. _'mcurrently out of work and not under contract with any company/ I'm under contract but 'm underemployed and want to change jobs, preferably switching careers to the cloud; vi. I'm not currently studying full-time on any course; vii, understand that this program requires a minimum attendance of 90% and I am committed to taking this program until the CCP exam is completed; vii, I declare that, after obtaining a job or placement during the program or after the program is completed, | am obliged to report the placement details as required by the orbit team; ix. I state that if| choose to opt out of the program, | will report the necessary reasons and other information as necessary to the orbit tearm; x.
