HOW TO INSTALL ADOBE PRINTER
1. Go to Unable to install PDF printer | Certificate was revoked or port is unknown ([Link])
2. Click here or Download via this link:

3. Extract the folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Xtras and paste Adobe
PDF folder
Note: If file directory does not exist, you can create a new folder and rename to match or take
note of the location of Adobe PDF Folder
4. Open Print management
5. Right Click to Port >Add Port> New Port Type > Browse > Adobe [Link] > Open
Adobe [Link] can be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Xtra or where
you extracted the file
6. Click OK
7. Open Setting > Printer and Scanner > Add Manually > Add a local printer or network printer with
manual settings > Next
8. Select Use an existing port option and select Documents\*.pdf (Adobe PDF) from the drop-
down list. Click Next.
9. Click Have Disk. Click Browse and then navigate to the location - C:\Program Files
(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat <version>\Acrobat\Xtras\AdobePDF
10. Select [Link] from the list. Click Open and then click OK.
11. You see many Adobe PDF Converters on the list. Count six down from the top and
select the printer. Click Next (you may have to try this multiple times to find the correct
Converter from the list that works with your version of Windows).
12. Name your printer as Adobe PDF. Follow onscreen instructions to complete the installation
13. Open Settings > Print Server Properties
14. Input the following:
15. Open Adobe Acrobat, print as usual.
