GENERAL INFORMATION

923 DEVELOPMENT & BUILDING CONSTRUCTION is a Single Proprietorship

Business registered by its owner ENGR. JOEY T. NERECINA with the Department of
Trade and Industry (DTI) on October 2, 2019 to make his growing construction business
legitimate. At present 923 Development, for short, is doing two major projects. One is in
Brgy. Immaculate Concepcion, Cubao, Quezon City a four (4) storey house with a
budget cost of more than P20 million and the other one at Bonamy
Compound,Wakas,Bocaue, Bulacan a 1 X 12 MWe Bio-Mass Power Plant

Engr. Joey Nerecina was born in Brgy. Inabasan, San Jose, Antique and studied until high
school in San Jose, Antique. He moved to Manila City for his college education but
unfornately he did not pursue due to some factors and turned back to the Province to
continue his education where he finished his Civil Engineering Course from year 1995 to
2000.

He passed the Civil Engineering Board Examination on November 2000 and started
working in a Local Company in the Province of Antique to gain some experience.
Moved back to Manila in the year 2003 to look for a greener Pasteur and have a chance to
work for The Crowne Plaza in Ortigas Pasig and El Shaddai Formation Center in
Paranaque.

He had the chance to work abroad for 3 years from year 2008 to 2011 in order to gain
more experience as a Civil Engineer. When he came back to the Philippine and decided to
stay for good and employed locally.
From the year 2000 to he worked 2011 with the following corporations:

The last company where Engr. Nerecina worked as a Construction Manager for Seven
(7) years, before he went on his own, is the MODERN DWELLINGS INC. The
company is developing, constructing and marketing modern and high end townhouses and
singled detached houses. Working with Modern Dwellings became a good training
ground for Engr. Nerecina to be prepared to go on his own and it widened his experience
and contacts in the construction Industry.

Eventually in the near future his plan is to convert 923 Development & Building
Construction into a Corporation in order to expand the scope of his construction business.
