KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MARILYN O. CUERPO of legal age, Filipino with business address at Cleversons Compound
Purok 2 Barangay Mahayag, Bunawan Dist., Davao City, Philippines after having been sworn to in
accordance with the law, do hereby depose and state;

That, I am the Corporate Secretary of VESPO PLASTICS INDUSTRIESC INC., a


Corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with the
business address at Cleversons Compound Purok 2 Barangay Mahayag, Bunawan Dist., Davao City.

That at a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held at its office on August
7, 2023 at which meeting a quorum was present, the following resolutions are unanimously approved
and adopted:

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved that the corporation shall apply of New Connection of
Electricity with the office of Davao Light and Power Company, Inc.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that YONGFEI SHI appointed and Authorized as the official
representative of VESPO PLASTICS INDUSTRIES INC. to sign, to deliver, to transact, to
pay and to process the Application of New Connection of Electricity.”

That the foregoing is true and correct copy of the resolution appearing in the minutes of VESPO
PLASTICS INDUSTRIES INC., and is, as of this date, in full force and effect.
