like previous years, the Eastern Railway Women’s Welfare Organisation has
proposed to hold “On-the-Spot All India Drawing & Painting Competition” for the wards of
Non-Gazetted Railway Employee at Railway Officer’s Club, Eastern Railway, Liluah on 10"
September, 2023 (SUNDAY) from 10:30 hrs to 12:30 hrs.
The competition shall be open to the children of all the staff working under
‘CWM/LLH,
Age proof document of the child must be enclosed with the application
The competition will be open for following three age groups:-
SINo. Group ‘Agelimits |
1 1 06 to 09 years AGE AS ON
2 Mn 09 to 12 years 31.08.2023
(3 uw 12 to 15 years
The topics in different age group will be announced only on the spot.
Cartridge sheet of size 38 Cm X 27.5 Cm will be served at the time of competition
and all Drawing & Painting materials will be carried by the candidates themselves.
Best three entries at LILUAH WORKSHOP LEVEL will be sent to ERWWO/HQ/KKK
for Zonal Level Judgement. After that, Best three entries at ZONAL LEVEL will be sent to
RWWCO/New Delhi for ALL INDIA COMPETITION.
Entry form is attached is ATTACHED HEREWITH.
‘SSE/in-Charges for shops & Offices are requested to give wide publicity amongst
the staff working under them to ensure maximum participation and sent the particulars of
the deserving candidate to Welfare Section by 6” Sept, 2023 positively. $.
