Further to after your application for a post in our company and the interview that you had
with us, we are pleased to appoint you in our company as. Trainee Engineer Telecom in
grade P1 with retrospective effect from 17/11/2007. You are therefore requested to report
at 9:30 a.m on the said date and address that shall be communicated to you.

2) Probation & Confirmation:-
As you have been advised in the Offer Letter itself, you will be on probation for a period of
six months from the date of your joining the company. Depending on your performance of
which the company’s management will be the sole judge if you are found suitable at the end
of this period you will be confirmed in the appointed post or other wise the probation
period may be extended by a suitable period or your service terminated altogether. (Please
note that the decision arrived at will be final and binding).
3) Roles & Responsibilities:-
These are as per the sheet attached herewith for your post.
4) Revision:
After confirmation the revision of the foregoing emoluments (If any) will be based on your
performance. Thereafter the review would be on annual basis in the month of March in
every calendar year.
5) Other Benefits:
• You will be entitled to leave and paid holidays as applicable to your category of
employees and location of posting. An Office wise list of Holidays will be circulated at
the beginning of every calendar year.
• You will participate in the company Provident Fund Scheme as per the rules and
policies applicable to your category/grade of employees.
• The other benefits will be as per the break- up sheet.

6) Notice Period:
It is hoped that our association will be of long duration however the same may be
terminated by either partly by giving one month’s notice or on payment of one
month’s salary in lieu thereof. However, in the event of willful neglect of your duties,
breach of trust, gross indiscipline or any other serious dereliction of duties that may be
detrimental to the interests of the company, the company reserves the right to terminate
your services forthwith or with such notice as it deems fit and without any notice pay
whatsoever.
We hope that our association will be long, mutually beneficial and happy.
