What is Life

Life is an unknown adventure from the day a person born on this earth to when
the person's heart stops beating. Some say life is love, charm or a stage. While
others think it's a living matter or simply being alive. For me, it's a rhetorical
question. Why? It's because nobody knows about it as not everything's clear
and polished about the matter of life.

I have never truly understood about my life or other's life until now. The
first realisation I got from this question is when I watched an animation series
named Trollhunters. The series’ story is beside the point, but the one saying
they said in the series is unforgettable. "Destiny is a gift. Never forget that
fear is but the precursor of valor, that to strive and triumph in the face of fear
is what it means to be a hero. Don't think. Become". The quote made me wonder
that our choice matters and never took over fear to achieve something. So, we
shouldn't have second choices in your life.

To tell the truth, why life is a loop? All of us born from the mother's
womb, then grow up and study at preschool or kindergarten. Secondly, we went
to primary school, after that secondary school. Later found some university or
college to continue study for a degree. Then got a career, marry your loved one
and have kids. Afterwards, successfully achieve something for the company to
raise your salary. Besides, you gathered all the household income only to give it
to your kids. Lastly, you pegged out swiftly from this world.

I'll say this is not life. Thus, it's just repeating the same cycle over and
over, only to be one in the community where everyone lost their point of being
alive. Did they genuinely think about their children? Or even did they think
about their passion? Therefore, I'm saying money is a cause of not appreciating
or enjoying the only life we all got. It's Because everyone compares themself
with their money they obtain. A rich person rivalled to a king while a person
who's surviving this world rivalled to a beggar.
What I meant about 'A person who's surviving' is the people who can't
afford the latest technology to become one in the community or the new
lifestyle. I guess this is why life is a stage as everyone keeps on doing the same
role and not thinking about making it different. Money, a current medium of
exchange for transactional purposes but utterly change people's life. When
people can't buy the tech because of their salary, they have fallen behind time
and can't see a new era creating by the new generation.

So, how to break the community loop and gain money to create a new era
and live a life no one can ever have? First of all, people in a career should give
time off to them. The people where they put their entire life into their
profession to make them stand out. I'm telling them to give them mid-year and
end-year holidays, not only giving them a weekend off. Giving long holidays will
make everyone follow their passion and be happy for their living. For instance,
the recent deadliest COVID-19 pandemic made many people be in quarantine and
the country lockdown.

However, that made people follow their passion like an engineer also
becoming an artist or a biologist becoming a gardener. This pandemic was also
my experience to think that it can't always be a loop. We can choose whoever
we want to be. The virus made so many fixing in our lives and helped how it was
worth living. Not only that, it also breaks the loop to create a path for our
passion and survival in this world. Perhaps our passion can be a great success or
worth trying it.

In a nutshell, being alive was the way of our parents and their parents and
their parents' parents. Nevertheless, there would always be a path to passion.
Sometimes life can be fragile, so we must handle it with care and hope as we
only live once. Ergo can create a new beginning to live your life.
