Mr. Dai and I first met in April 2023, when he participated in my Principles of operating
systems course. The following are my observations at the end of the semester:
a. He has positive learning attitude and pays close attention to the delivery of lectures
and practical sessions. He diligently attempted all lab practicals and even requested
for more lab and tutorial exercises. Such demonstrates his strong learning desires.
b. He is a good team player, working well alongside teammates in group discussions. I
observe that he provides solutions to lab and assignment problems and communicate
well among peers.
c. Solutions provided demonstrates critical and also analytical thinking.
d. In addition, I was informed that he self-learnt Japanese in his spare time and passed
the JLPT N-1 exam. Such demonstrates his self-discipline and desire to learn.
