unit of energy generating)

9. Where the set is used at fixed place or intended to


be shifted place at place.

10. Name of the supply Co. from whom you receive


electric supply with bill No.

11. Detail of existing generating set with installed


capacity and dated of commencement

(Date of commencement of generating should be limited latter if the set is not commanced on
the date of application. The probable date should be given under Colum 6(B) in such case)
