parts thereof for such period or periods in their absolute discre on and to stand possessed of the

trust of this my Will without being liable for loss.
3. Subject to the payment of my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses and any estate duty
payable in respect of my Estate, I GIVE DEVISE and BEQUEATH all my real and personal property
whatsoever and wheresoever situate (including all the death benefits and payouts under my
insurance policies where there are no standing nomina ons or valid nomina ons at the me of my
demise, and any property over which I may have a general power of appointment or disposi on by
