Ms. Ozbay Seren Gonul, 04.07.1991, would like to inform you that on 22.05.2023 a money transfer was made
to the account BE53 9672 9793 4553 with transaction ID 12424175370733209743 in the amount of €128.000-00
(one hundred twenty-eight thousand euro 00 cents). The transfer was accompanied by the decision of the court in the
case of Věc č. A-25-2987 / 2023 dated 18.05.2023. Due to the fact that the remittance had the status of a "judicial
transfer", an inspection was carried out. As a result, we ascertained that the remittance was sent by the Czech National
Bank on 22.05.2023 at 11:16:30. The following information was also obtained from the European Central Bank: The
judgement of the court of the Economic Chamber and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic in the case of
Věc č. A-25-2987 / 2023 of 18.05.2023 came into force. Due to the new circumstances of the examination, it turned
out that the citizen Sritharan Katthekasu in the case of Věc č. A-25-2987 / 2023 is the subject of more than ten (10)
criminal proceedings in the territory of the European Union alone on counts of fraud, embezzlement and theft.
You are requested by the European Central Bank to make a security deposit in the amount of 8% (eight
percent) of the transfer amounting to €10,240-00 (ten thousand two hundred and forty euros 00 cents). This deposit
guarantees that you will not be charged for any criminal offense related to Sritharan Katthekasu. You will have to
make the deposit personally or through your representative in the territory of the European Union for a period not
exceeding 72 hours from the moment of your request to open the security deposit. Payment of the insurance
premium is refundable in full as soon as the transfer of €128,000-00 (one hundred and twenty-eight thousand euro
00 cents) has been received.
A copy of the decree has been sent to the representative in the territory of the European Union, power of
attorney no. dated 17 April 2023 for the notification of the citizen Ozbay Seren Gonul.
