I would like to request you kindly to accept surrender of the subject B/L No.
OOLU2728680100 and to ensure delivery of cargo at destination to the Consignee TOP UP
TRADING W.L.L as mentioned below without production of the Original B/L at destination.

Buyer’s Name & Address: TOP UP TRADING W.L.L, STREET 310, BUILDING NO.43,
FLOOR: 7, AREA: 27, AL KAZIM, BUILDING. UM GUWALINA, P.O. BOX: 9044, QATAR. We
also confirm hereby that, we have received the complete payments for the above exports
through our Bank and in this regard have attached herewith the Bank NOC as well for
delivery of cargo to our above-mentioned Buyer.

We, the under-signed, do hereby undertake to hold you free and harmless from any claim
that may arise in connection with the above - mention request and indemnify that we shall
be fully responsible and accountable for any / all legal other consequences may arise
thereafter.
