Our School Head, Ma’am Gemma E. Amistoso.
Our Master Teachers, Ma’am Perlita B. Canales and Ma’am Abegail A. Caindoy.
Fellow teachers of Cabadiangan, friends, everyone, welcome to our send-off and welcome
program for Ma’am Perlita B. Canales and Ma’am Abegail A. Caindoy.

OPENING RITES:
To start with our program, may I request everyone to stand for the opening rites that will be
played through an overture.
Thank you, please be seated.

PART I - SEND OFF:


Ladies and Gentleman, today we offer this send off Program as one of our leaders take a bigger
path in her career. For an amazing woman full of grace, beauty, love and compassion, a
supportive an inspiring mentor we are truly proud of, none other than Ma’am Perlita B.
Canales.
Without further ado, let’s lend our ears for a message from our school head, Ma’am Gemma E.
Amistoso.
This time, let us hear another message from the District In Charge of La Paz II District, Ma’am
Laura L. Cagara.

Now, let us hear a response from our Master Teacher Ma’am Perlita B. Canales.
Thank you ma’am for everything, We the teachers of Cabadiangan are always grateful to having
work with such a supportive and understanding colleague, we will surely miss you. We wish you
best of luck in your new journey.

PART II WELCOME:
Now we will proceed to the welcome program for our new Master Teacher ma’am Abegail A.
Caindoy.
To start with let us hear a message from our school head, Ma’am Gemma E. Amistoso.

Let us hear another message from the District In Charge of La Paz II District, Ma’am Laura L.
Cagara.

Now, let us hear a response from our new Master Teacher Ma’am Abegail A. Caindoy.

Thank you so much ma’am, congratulations on your promotion and welcome to our humble
school, the Cabadiangan Elementary School.

Thank you everyone, this ends our program. HAPPY NEW YEAR and GOD BLESS US ALL.
