OVERVIEW
CollPoll is an Enterprise Resource
planning (ERP) software that
businesses use to manage their
day-to-day activities. ERP tools
integrate business applications to
cover a wide range of processes.
Problem

The current application poses challenges for students due to
its excessive complexity and unnecessary features, making it
a task for them to use as they struggle with item discovery
during searches, ultimately leading to a lower engagement
rate.

- We did a study on around 200+ CollPoll users using
Shadowing Method where we closely observed the users &
made notes of the non-verbal cues exhibit by them.
- We asked users to perform Tree-Testing where they were
asked to find a particular feature within the app.
