Sub:- Letter of Offer

We are pleased to offer you employment in the position of Web developer and
Content writer your employment will be effective from tomorrow i.e., 22nd August 2017
on the following terms and conditions. You are expected to furnish the
acceptance copy within 2 day of receiving this letter.

MONTHLY REMUNERATION (in INR):-

Basic Salary - 19000 INR


H.R.A - 2000 INR
Transport Allowance - 1500 INR
Total - 22,500 INR

Your appointment will be subject to a probationary period of 6 months effective from the
actual date of joining the services and after the probationary period your performance will
be evaluated to confirm your employment. If you do not perform as per the required
standards of the job, we may extend your probation for up to next six months or terminate
the services without any notice.

Your appointment will be governed by the policies, rules, regulations, benefits and terms &
conditions of Digitally Learn as applicable to you and the changes therein from time to time.
