Computerized Enrollment System for Senior High School
Input-Process-Output Model (IPO) will be implemented to consider the different phases of
SDLC, shown in figure 2.
The input variables in the IPO Model includes the Enrollment guidelines of the students
of Tigbauan NHS the student requirements for enrollment and design, development and testing
standards. The guidelines show the record for enrollment and sent email to validate the
enrollment. The data will be submitted to the database which can be accessed by faculty and
admin to distribute the data information to learner’s enrollment with user friendly environment
the design of the website will be simple yet will follow modern theming system which is the
material mode. All mentioned proponents will be following the design, development and testing
standards to evaluate the systems compliance to the specified requirements. The study will use
the random sampling questionnaire collection in a form of survey on questionnaire. Data
gathered will then be analyzed and be weighed in order to achieve a productive study with
compliance to Waterfall Model of SDLC. The output will be the final component of the IPO
model in which it will be compiled and be ready for implementation.
