We are pleased to invite you for IBM Recruitment process, kindly read through the invitation
mail for complete details.
Selection Criteria - All Stages are Elimination Rounds.
Stage by Stage Process:

Date and Time - 20th November 2023, 5:00 PM
The candidates will be receiving a separate invite mail which will have the test link and the
instructions for the test. We request you to carefully read through the System Requirements
and the Step-by-Step Process to ensure you complete all the activities on time and start the
assessment, as the time window for you to log in to the test would only be of 10 mins
(5:00PM- 5:10PM). Please input the right Candidate Reference Number in the assessment
process for us to take your candidature [Link] is a Proctored test so please ensure your
Webcam is working and turn on the camera before starting the assessment Note that we have
enabled the AI proctoring features and any detection of the below activities can result in
disqualification from further considerations in the hiring process, revocation of an
employment offer, or termination of employment with IBM. We ensure an IBM recruiter
validates all evidence before final decision making. The activities that can lead to rejections
are mentioned below:
1. Shift Tabs/Browsers in between the test.
2. Copy and paste
3. Move outside the Webcam
4. Taking assistance/support from any other person during the assessment (if more
thanone person in the webcam frame)
5. Running/Using Screen Sharing Apps during the test

2. English Language Assessment (Virtual) - 20th November 2023, 7:00 PM onwards
Candidates who clear the Coding Assessments will be taking English language assessment
on the same day. Assessment link will be triggered to your registered email address.
3. Group Discussion (Physical) - 22nd November 2023, 9:00 am onwards
Candidates who clear the English Language Assessment will undergo the Group Discussion
Round.
4. Interviews (Physical) – 22nd November 2023, 1:00 pm onwards
Candidates who clear the group discussion will undergo the Interview process. Further details
will be shared by your Placement team.
NOTE: Shortlisted candidates will have to report to KIET Group of Institutions for the
GD/Interview process.

NOTE: Please carry a laptop on the day of the event as you may need it for assessment
purpose and the above mentioned documents (original hard copy) for interviews along
with your college ID card and Aadhar Card. Without the above documents, we will not
be able to take you through the recruitment process.
1. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria thoroughly to be eligible to sit for the assessments.
2. Candidates involved in any kind of malpractice will be debarred/blacklisted from taking
IBM assessments/interviews in the future.
3. Please note that IBM will not provide any travel and accommodation or allowance for
attending placement process at any physical location. Candidates must arrange their own
travel and accommodation.
