ALLOCATED APPLICANTS FOR THE JANUARY 2021 INTAKE ON THE ICSP
SYSTEM

The National Department of Health hereby confirms that your application has been received and
processed. You have been allocated to nw SAMHS Potchefstroom Military Base Clinic. This
information has been forwaded to the South African Military Health Services(SAMHS) for
appointment processing and finalization in line with Public Service Act, 1994, as amended.

This letter only confirms that your allocation has been finalized. It does not constitute an
offer of employment. The Provincial Department in question will review your allocations in
line with Public Service appointment requirements and finalize your offer of appointment if
you meet all the neccessary requirements. You are advised to confirm your appointment contract offer
prior to finalizing any further arrangements.
