WRITING AN INFORMAL EMAIL

Hi John, how are you doing?

I’m really glad you’re coming to my school. We’ll see each other very often.

The school is very important in our neighbourhood, and it’s the best from the others in the
city. That’s why it has a lot of installations, such as 2 libraries, more than 60 classrooms,
2 football fields and a big basketball court. This makes the school able to accommodate
lots of students.

The people are very respectful, don’t worry of being a new student because every year
come a lot of new students and the classmates are used to have new students in class.
They’ll welcome you as you were a king, and they won’t treat you bad unless you were rude
to them. I know you won’t have any problems to make new friends because you’re very
outgoing.

Having said that, I’m very excited to see you this Monday. If you have any problems, just
tell me and I’ll try to solve them for you.
