Dear Dr. Amelia G. Cunanan,
On behalf of San Pascual Elementary School and the Graduation Committee,
we are honored to invite you to speak at the event celebrating the success of our
students on their graduation day. The graduation ceremony is scheduled on the 31st
of May (Friday), from 8:00 AM- 10:00 AM in San Pascual Elementary School, San
Pascual Obando Bulacan.
The ceremony is a half-day program since it will be followed by a sumptuous
lunch prepared by the graduation committee. This event will have an audience of
about 200, comprised of students, parents, teachers, school heads,
district supervisor, and essential people from the local government of Obando.
Our goal is to celebrate the success of our pupils amidst the struggles
they faced and the hope they shall be in the future. This aligns with the Department
of Education's theme for this year. "Kabataang Pilipino Para sa Matatag na
Kinabukasan sa Bagong Pilipinas".
We are positive that you will grace us with your presence and share your
wisdom during this event. So with that, may we also request some of your personal
and professional backgrounds, so that we may formally introduce you during the
graduation. Likewise, some pictures for an audio-visual presentation we will prepare.
