Introduction of my background: My name is Min Thaw Zin, and I am twenty-

six. Now, I have been serving No(24) Defence Industry,Pauk, Myanmar. I would
like to present this study plan for attending in China.
Academic Background: I passed the matriculation examination with two
distinctions; Mathematical and Chemistry. I hold a Bachelor'degree from
Mechatronics Engineering Department, Defence Services Technological Academy
in Myanmar. I completed this degree on 12th December 2019. In my bachelor
study, I learned about Autimation Engineering as my specialization subject.
Moreover, I also learned other subjects such as (1) Microcontroller and Embedded
System(2) System Manufacturing system and automatic control,(3) Industrial
Engineering and Management, (4) Robotic Analysis, (5) Machine Vision; (6)
Factory Control Engineering, (7) System Design. In Addition, I also studied other
courses such as Electronic Circuit, Electro-magnetic field, and Principles of
Automatic Control. I was an active student among others during my undergraduate
studies, very often involved in many curricular and co-curricular activities. I did
my final year thesis Design and Implementation of Gate Security System Based on
Fingerprint Authentication In this thesis project, Microcontroller, Wireless
Transceiver (433MHz), and Sensors are used with C++ and C# programming
language for Graphical User Interface (GUI), and Control Operations.
After graduation: I became a gazetted officer in Defence Industry Post to improve
defense power for our country. Then, I was selected as a Research Officer because
of my final year thesis and became one of the six members of the research of
Artillery Corps (DOAC) I did research with my team about mortars, and howitzers,
Realtime Data Monitoring System Using Internet of Things (IOT) (using esp8266
controller, C++, and HTML), Gun Display Unit (GDU) (using 433Mhz
Transceiver and GPS sensor) and Auto Firing System for 105mm Howitzer (using
GSM network). These projects had great effects on my military. I realized about
the importance of Navigation Systems and working principle of Jammers that
make to lack of all the communication system (including GPS signals) of UAVs.
Therefore, I extremely interested and studied about relationship between GPS
Technologies and Jamming Techniques. Then, I was enthusiastic to study and to
try about theories and techniques that can enhance GPS signal strength under
jammer attack or electronic interferences. So, I am now studying about Python
programming language and digital signal processing (DSP) techniques. These
topics are mentioned in my research plan.
My Personality: By fact, I can adapt myself according to different peoples and
societies with a friendly nature, an effective communication deep with friends. I
keep a keen view on the reality of life thus approaching people with a positive
mind and attitude. I also gave them valuable ideas when they make major decision
in their life. I always prove to be helpful with honest efforts and true dedication.
On the other hand, I always feel very joyous and proud to meet and greet people
belonging to diverse backgrounds and cultures. As such relationships are always
important for me because they prove to be beneficial in the future.
Study Plan in China: I would like to apply for the in Electronics and
Communication Engineering in China because of my current research and creative
experience. I came to know the vast practical applications of Electronics and
Communication engineering; this caught my attention and created a thirst of
knowledge in me to study my chosen course. Therefore, I would like to gain
deeper theoretical and practical knowledge in starting and managing most
innovative projects. During my studies, I will focus on a project, of Algorithms for
Signal Processing Techniques to Enhance GNSS Signal Robustness under
Electronic Interferences I will try to my best physically and mentally to accompany
the Professors and university in conducting research and exploring immense
exciting industrial mysteries. After completion on my Master fields to help its
development and enhance the modern standard of my society and country. I
believe that these Master Program will provide me with the chance to get to know
electronic science, control, and communication systems. I hope that I can gain
more experience in dealing with occasions, people, systems and demands which
will be of a significant help in my future career.
Reason to study in China: The first reason is that it is one of my neighboring
countries and we have been living as a good friendship for a long time between
these two countries. I love all the nature, culture, and food of China. Famous gentle
hospitality of its people and Myanmar-China all weather friendly relations since
past to promote bilateral trade, acceptance, and peace to both sides in great clarity
make me feel China as my second homeland. I am really impressed these
individuals have proved themselves to be dedicated to their work and with sincere
efforts they have set China as a successful example for other third world because
of its fast-growing economy and technological advancement. Today, China is one
of the leading countries because of its success in Science, Technology and
Research. For me coming to study from a developed country, it is most fascinating
country to study. Furthermore, the last reason is that the University in China own
the great ranking all around the world and the global ranking education institutes of
China with high reputation makes a great aspiration to the students and
professionals for the better career perspectives. There are more countries using
Chinese as their official language other than native and English. Thus, this kind of
positivity has boosted my confidence further and I am highly satisfied with the
decision I have taken. I am confident that my academic record, experience,
professional goals, and my enthusiasm will make me a strong candidate for a place
on this China Scholarship Program. Concluding it, with high hopes I believe this
