Description:
It shall be dried mature fruits of Coriandrum sativum L. The colour shall be natural to coriander seeds and it may range
from yellowish brown to grey. The product shall be free from added colours.

a. Organic extraneous matter such as chaff, stems, straw


b. Inorganic extraneous matter such as dust, dirt, stones and lumps of earth. This shall not exceed 2% by weight of the
total extraneous matter

Packing Requirements:
It shall be packed in clean and sound jute, cloth, paper or polyethylene bags the bags shall be free from fungal or insect
infestation and shall be free from any undesirable smell. Each bag shall be marked with name of the manufacturer, Net
Wt., lot number and date of manufacture.

Storage Requirements:
It should be stored in cool and dry condition.

Shelf life
12 months from date of manufacturing

Documents required:
For approval of new supplier
 Analysis result for the following parameters from laboratory certified as per ISO 17025 or accredited by NABL. The
report shall not be older than 3 months as on date of submission.
