Reference(s):

PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE:

The Dress Code Policy for GetGo has been established to ensure that all Team Members present themselves in
a consistent, professional manner to the public. The way our Team Members dress directly impacts the way
Guests perceive our stores, and the level of guest service that is provided. To maintain a high standard in the
minds of Guests we serve, GetGo requires that you come to work dressed neat and clean, and present a
business-like appearance. It is the responsibility of the managing supervisor to notify Team Members of attire
that is inconsistent with the policy.

SCOPE:
Policy applies to all Stand Alone GetGo locations.

POLICY:
A GetGo uniform consists of all articles of clothing on your person. Therefore, all pieces of the GetGo uniform
should be clean and presentable (No wrinkles, holes, stains, dirt or other markings) at all times. For hourly
Team Members, shirts may be tucked in or left out. Uniform exceptions may exist for retail store events, such
as football games or company initiatives, in which requirements will be communicated in advance. However, it
is still required that event attire be clean, presentable and appropriate colors for the event.
