Steps to follow:
Open Microsoft excel and create table showing Site, Swings, Rocker,
Climbing frame, Overall result.
Enter formula in F4 to calculate the overall result of the desired site.
In the above instance, the formula is typed as
“=IF(AND(B4>=7,C4>=7,D4>=8,E4>=8),"Pass", "Fail")”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The overall result will be
calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.
Locate the file handle in the lower-right corner of the F4 cell and
drag it till F11 cell i.e. the site for which the overall result is required
to be calculated.
The overall result of all the concerned site will be displayed in the
cells respectively.

Steps to follow:
Open Microsoft excel and create table showing Rank, Name, Age,
Wealth, Wealth per year and rows showing Total and Average.
Enter formula in F4 to calculate the Wealth per year of the desired
name. In the above instance, the formula is typed as “=E4/D4”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The wealth per year will
be calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.
Locate the file handle in the lower-right corner of the F4 cell and
drag it till F13 cell i.e. the name for which the wealth per year is
required to be calculated.
The wealth per year of all the concerned name will be displayed in
the cells respectively.

Enter formula in F15 to calculate the total of the desired table. In
the above instance, the formula is typed as “=SUM(F4:F13)”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The total will be calculated
and displayed in the cell concerned.
Enter formula in F16 to calculate the Average of the desired table. In
the above instance, the formula is typed as “=AVERAGE(F4:F13)”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The Average will be
calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.

Open Microsoft excel and create table showing Country, Resort
Name, No. of days, Travel Method, Price and Holiday ID as shown
above.
Select “Filter” option under Home tab.
An arrow will appear along side of each column head as shown
below.

According to the condition concerned filter the table accordingly.
For instance, if the Destination is selected as “Spain”, Travel Method
as “Plane” and Price “>40000”.
The following table will be appeared as shown below.

Enter formula in F4 to calculate the revenue of the desired event. In
the above instance, the formula is typed as “=(D4*D9)+(E4*D10)”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The revenue will be
calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.
Locate the file handle in the lower-right corner of the F4 cell and
drag it till F7 cell i.e. the event for which the revenue is required to
be calculated.
The revenue of all the concerned event will be displayed in the cells
respectively.

hours parked, Parking Charge.
Enter formula in C4 to calculate the parking charge of the desired
Car Reg. In the above instance, the formula is typed as
“=IF(B4>$F$7,B4*$F$9,IF(B4>$F$8,B4*$F$10,"Free Parking"))”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The parking charge will be
calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.

Locate the file handle in the lower-right corner of the C4 cell and
drag it till C13 cell i.e. the car reg for which the parking charge is
required to be calculated.
The parking charge of all the car reg will be displayed in the cells
respectively.

Open Microsoft excel and create table showing Class, Level, Venue,
Max No., Instructor, Day, Start Time, Duration, Advance Bookings
and cost as shown above.
Select “Sort & Filter” option under Home tab and go to “Custom
Sort”.
A dialog box will appear as shown below:

Select “OK” and the table will be sorted accordingly.
Select “Filter option under home tab.
An arrow will appear along side of each column head as shown
below.
Select the arrow and filter the table accordingly.
The table will be appeared as shown below

Open Microsoft excel and create table showing Supplier, Invoice
date, Amount, Terms, Invoice due date, Days overdue.
Enter formula in E5 to calculate the Invoice due date of the desired
supplier. In the above instance, the formula is typed as “=B5+D5”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The Invoice due date will
be calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.
Locate the file handle in the lower-right corner of the E5 cell and
drag it till E10 cell i.e. the supplier for whom the invoice due date is
required to be calculated.
The invoice due date of all the supplier will be displayed in the cells
respectively.

Enter formula in F5 to calculate the Days overdue for the desired
supplier. In the above instance, the formula is typed as “=$B$1-E5”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The Days overdue will be
calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.
Locate the file handle in the lower-right corner of the F5 cell and
drag it till F10 cell i.e. the supplier for whom the days overdue is
required to be calculated.
The days overdue for all the supplier will be displayed in the cells
respectively.

Cost, Profit as shown above.
Enter formula in C4 to calculate Revenue of the desired cell. In the
above instance, the formula is typed as “=B4*$B$9”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The Revenue will be
calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.
Locate the file handle in the lower-right corner of the C4 cell and
drag it till C6 cell i.e. the cell for which the revenue is required to be
calculated.
The revenue of all the desired cells will be displayed in the cells
respectively.

Enter formula in D4 to calculate the costs for the desired cell. In the
above instance, the formula is typed as “=(B8*$B$5)+
(B10*D7*$B$4)”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The costs will be
calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.
Locate the file handle in the lower-right corner of the D4 cell and
drag it till D6 cell .
The costs for all the required cell will be displayed in the cells
respectively.
Enter formula in E4 to calculate the Profit for the desired cell. In the
above instance, the formula is typed as “=C4-D4”.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The profit will be
calculated and displayed in the cell concerned.
Locate the file handle in the lower-right corner of the E4 cell and
drag it till E6 cell .
The profit for all the required cell will be displayed in the cells
respectively.

Steps to follow:
Open Microsoft excel and create table showing Candidate ID, Area,
Gender, Age, Result.
Select “Conditional Formatting” under home tab.
According to the specified conditions apply the conditional
formatting. For instance, conditional formatting for Candidate ID is
“<300000”, Age is “Southern”, Gender is “Female”, Age is “>40” and
result is “Top 5%”.
After applying the following conditions the table will be highlighted
as shown above.

Open Microsoft excel and create table showing Names and No. of
Sales and rows showing COUNT, COUNT A, COUNT BLANK, COUNT IF
and COUNT IFS.
Enter formula in B11 to calculate COUNT of the name list and C11 to
calculate COUNT of No. of sales . In the above instance, the formula
is typed as “=COUNT(B1:B4=B9)” and “=COUNT(C4:C9)”
respectively.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The COUNT will be
calculated and displayed in the cells concerned.
Enter formula in B12 to calculate COUNTA of the name list and C12
to calculate COUNTA of No. of sales . In the above instance, the
formula is typed as “=COUNTA(B4:B9)” and “=COUNTA(C4:C9)”
respectively.

Press enter on your respective keyboard. The COUNTA will be
calculated and displayed in the cells concerned.
Enter formula in B13 to calculate COUNTBLANK of the name list and
C13 to calculate COUNTBLANK of No. of sales . In the above
instance, the formula is typed as “=COUNTBLANK(B4:B9)” and
“=COUNTBLANK(C4:C9)” respectively.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The COUNTBLANK will be
calculated and displayed in the cells concerned.
Enter formula in B16 to calculate COUNTIF for “If name is Amit”, C16
to calculate COUNTIF for “If sales>60” and E16 to calculate COUNTIF
for “If sale<40” . In the above instance, the formula is typed as
“=COUNTIF(B4:B9,"Amit")”, “=COUNTIF(C4:C9,">60")” and
“=COUNTIF(C4:C9,"<40")” respectively.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The COUNTIF will be
calculated and displayed in the cells concerned.
Enter formula in B19 to calculate COUNTIFS for “If name >K and
sales >30”, C19 to calculate COUNTIFS for “If name is Amit and sales
>50” and E19 to calculate COUNTIFS for “If name is Tina and sales
>50”. In the above instance, the formula is typed as
“=COUNTIFS(B4:B9,">K",C4:C9,">30")”,
“=COUNTIFS(B4:B9,"Amit",C4:C9,">50")” and
“=COUNTIFS(B4:B9,"Tina",C4:C9,">50")” respectively.
Press enter on your respective keyboard. The COUNTIFS will be
calculated and displayed in the cells concerned.
