LABOR CONTRACT FOR THE ERECTION OF STRUCTURAL STEEL

This Labor Contract is executed on 3rd of January in the year of 2024, in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines, by and between:

Project Location: Cortez St., Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines

Scope of Work:

The Contractor agrees to provide skilled labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary for the
erection of a structural steel framework, as specified in the project plans provided by the Client, Kenneth
G. Uy. This includes, but is not limited to:

Erection of structural steel components in compliance with approved designs and safety standards.

High-quality welding subjected to welding testing for Client's satisfaction.

Welded joints to be marked with green paint upon passing testing.

Rectification of failed welds until they meet quality standards to release billing.

Completion of any additional steel works necessary to finish the project.

Contract Amount and Payment Terms:

The total contract amount is PHP 2,813,616. A down payment of PHP 500,000 shall be made upon
execution of this Contract. The remainder shall be billed in progress payments. Each billing requires
successful welding testing to satisfy the Client. Upon completion, the full amount shall be released with
a retention of 10%, collectible after 6 months from project completion.

Retention of Excess Metal Material:

Any excess metal material shall be under the ownership and responsibility of the Client, Kenneth G. Uy.

Materials and Equipment:

The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the project, including
epoxy primer.

As-Built Drawings and Documentation:

The Contractor shall provide comprehensive as-built drawings, duly signed and sealed by the
Contractor's structural engineer, depicting the finalized construction. These drawings shall accurately
represent the constructed structure and any modifications made during the project.

The release of the final payment shall be contingent upon the submission and approval of these as-built
documents by the Client, Kenneth G. Uy.
Authority of the Project Manager:

The Project Manager, Arch. Reynaldo Monreal Jr., is granted the authority to rectify and correct any
workmanship issues without additional cost to the Owner. This authority is vested in ensuring the
adherence of work to the specified standards and plans. The Project Manager's actions in rectifying
workmanship shall not incur any additional expenses to the Owner.

Scope of Work - Safety and Access:

In addition to the previously outlined scope of work, the Contractor shall ensure adequate safety
measures are in place throughout the project duration. This includes:

Implementation of comprehensive safety protocols to protect workers, site personnel, and property.

Providing easily accessible safety equipment and measures for inspection purposes.

Facilitating smooth and safe access for the Owner, Project Manager, or authorized personnel to inspect
the ongoing work at the project site.

Governing Law:

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines.

Entire Agreement:

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements,
whether oral or written.
