I am writing to request a deferment of my son, [Hum Wein Chen], who is scheduled to begin
Degree year 3 at [Asia Pacific University] on [9th May 2024]. Due to [Academic did not meet
the progression requirements like pending modules in lower level or GPA for Year 2 is below
2.00 or more than 3 failed modules in Year 2], we find it necessary to postpone [his]
education for the upcoming school semester.

We believe this deferment is in the best interest of [Hum Wein Chen] as it will allow [him] to
