Rationale/Context:
Rizal Elementary School, as an institution that prioritizes the learners’
personal development aside from academic excellence comes up with this activity, the
coronation rites of the school’s King and Queen of Hearts, an ideal event to celebrate the
month of love. It supports the Department of Education’s advocacy to boost individual
growth, awareness, and practice of one’s talent. To showcase Aesthetic fashion, an
optimistic response to the trauma caused by pandemic that halted/stole the learners’
privilege to advance and expand learning.
Moreover, this activity is a celebration of love that will awaken the
learners that love is a foundation behind accomplishments.

Objectives:
This activity aims to:
1. Celebrate the Month of Love
2. Promote personal growth
3. Showcase inner creativity
4. Encourages participation
5. Raise funds for the construction of VALUES PARK and for School Improvement.
6. Purchase of 1unit printer for ESP.
METHODOLOGY:
1. Seek permission and approval from the school head.
2. Conference with the School Grade Level Heads.
3. Meeting with the school grade level ESP Coordinators.
4. Each section is encourage to contribute P200 classroom quota with or without
candidates.
5. Each grade level must have at least one or more candidates to join the canvassing with
a minimum of P2000 and above.
6. Each section participants / candidates may opt to choose a quota of P1500 for sash with
trophy and P200 for sash.
7. Quota and canvassed amount will be remitted to the office of the HPTA as fund raised for
ESP and School Improvement purposes.
8. Sharing of quota and canvassed;
A. Canvassed will be 10% for the classroom improvement of the respective
teacher
adviser.
B. Quota of P250 will be P200 for the school and P50 for the teacher as classroom
funds.
C. Quota of P1500 will be P1400 for the school and P100 for the teacher as classroom
Improvement.
9. Purchase of sash, pins, trophies, crowns, scepters, capes, bouquets, decorations and
other needed materials will be sourced out from the fund raised.
10. Local Health Protocols are to be observed while the activity is going on.
11. Documentations shall be done.
12. Updates on the activity shall be posted in the official school web page
13. Proceeds of this activity will be used for ESP project like the construction of Values Park
and for School Improvement.
