Dear Ricki:

I am writing to demand immediate payment of the outstanding balance of 35,500 pesos that you
owe me. As you are aware, this debt has been outstanding for almost three years now, and
despite my repeated reminders and promises to pay, you have failed to fulfill your obligation.

If you are unable to pay the full amount at this time, I demand that you pay me in installments of
2,000 pesos every 15th and 30th of the month until the balance is fully paid.

My attorney has advised me that it would be in your best interest to meet with me in person to
discuss this matter and avoid any further legal action.

I am hoping that we can resolve this matter amicably. I trust that you understand the seriousness
of this matter and the importance of meeting your financial obligations.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience to confirm your intention to pay the outstanding
balance or to discuss any concerns you have.
