Dear 6th Grade Choir parents,

We are quickly approaching our Spring concert which will be held on Monday, May 13 at
7:00pm in the Caledonia High School Fine Arts Center. This is located off the south parking
lot of the north building.

What to Wear?
All students will wear their purple choir shirt, jeans, and any kind of socks/shoes. Please make
sure you have these items on hand prior to the week of the concert!

Where do the 6th graders report upon arrival?

ALL Students should report to the stage in the auditorium and line up on the risers BY 6:30PM. If
your student has been selected to perform separately, whether as a soloist or as part of the
Singing Scots small group, they should arrive at 6:15pm for a soundcheck. We will have a short
warm-up & rehearsal before the doors open to the FAC.

The entrance to the stage is past the audience doors to the FAC - down the hall and to the left. A
high school choir council member will be there to direct your student to the right spot.

Where should I meet my student

after the concert?
We will take every student backstage
to grab any belongings and be picked
up at the door. This is located just
down the hall from the auditorium.

If you have any questions, please

email us at goodykea@calschools.org
or smithh@calschools.org. We have
been working hard to prepare our
music for you and we hope you will
enjoy the evening!

Sincerely,
Mrs. Smith & Mr. Goodyke
