5 Check Carrier Arm and Pivot Bush Mounting or any loose Bolts
6 Check Gearbox Mountings and Bolts
7 Check Gearbox Hand Wheel for Damage, Wear or sharp Edges
8 Check Gearbox Hand Wheel Mounting and for loose bolts
9 Check Gearbox for slipping or difficulty in turning During Operation, Tilting or Lifting
10 Check Gearbox for excessive Play or Backlash
11 Check Non Gearbox Side Trunnion and Bush for Play and Apply Lubricating Grease
12 Check Non Gearbox Side Trunnion and Bush for Play and Apply Lubricating Grease
13 Check Trunnion and Bush Guards for damage or any loose bolts
14 Check Bail Locking Mechanism Pin & Bush for damage and correct operation
15 Check Hand Wheel Safety Latch & Spring for damage and correct operation
16 Carry out a stop to stop tilting & lifting test and any abnormal noise or jerky operation
17 Check Stoppers and stop block for damage of cracked welds
18 Check Ladle Body for Damage, deformation or signs of metal fatigue or Heat Stress
19 Check Ladle Body seams and welds for damage, cracks and heat stress
20 Verify that there is no missing bolts nuts and washers on the entire structure load
