DEMAND LETTER
September 28, 2024

JUAN DELA CRUZ

New Capitol Site, Barangay Cogon
Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines 6300

Dear Mr. Dela Cruz:

This has reference to the complaint of my client MARIA SANTOS Filipino, of legal age and a
resident of New Calceta Street, Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, 6300, regarding your
unpaid loan which you borrowed last June 21, 2024 and is now long overdue, amounting to (150, 000.00)
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS with no interest as you both have agreed.
According with my client that on August 1, 2024 you issued a post-dated checked with the Check
No. 123456 from your account at ABC BANK which the check was deposited to her account but it bounced
back due to insufficient funds. Thus, my client made several attempts to contact you but you are no where
to be found and seemed that you have no effort to settle your debt.
In view of the foregoing, FINAL DEMAND is made upon you to pay my client the amount ONE
HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS within FIVE (5) days from receipt hereof.
Otherwise, we will be constrained to file the necessary legal action to protect the interest of my
client. Should this happen, we will charge you an additional amount for attorney’s fees, cost of suit, and
collection agency costs on top of your unpaid loan in an amount the court finds to be reasonable.
We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid the expense
and inconvenience of litigation. Please coordinate with my client for agreed amount to be paid. Thank you
very much.

Respectfully yours,

ATTY. LOUEL T. ROTILLES, LPT, MACDDS
