EXPERIMENTATION a
1) & insert the Module E02 in the console and set the main switch to ON: ee
2) set the circuit as in Fig.1.2.a with the multimeter set out as an ohmmeter.
3) = measure the resistance R, and write down the value in Table 1.2;
4) & calculate the value of the resistance R, and write down the value in Table 1.2:

the current and write down the value n Tab.1.2;
8) » disconnect point 2 from point 4;
9) ¥ write down in Tab.1.3 the values read on the voltmeter and on the milliammeter;
10) connect point 2 to point 4 and disconnect point 2 from point 3;
11) & write down in Tab. 1.3 the values read on the voltmeter and on the milliammeter;
12) &caloulate the value of the current in the single resistors and write down the results in Tab.1.3;
13) 3 compare the calculated value with the measured ones;
14) & verify that the sum of the currents that go in the node 2 is equal to the sum of the currents that go
out (Kirchhoff’s Current Law);
15)» repeat the procedure from step 2 to step 14 and complete the Tab. 1.2 and 1.3, after inserting the
modification switch M1; ;
16) s} repeat the procedure from step 2 to step 14 and complete the Tab.1.2 and 1.3, after inserting the
Fault F1 by the switch or pressing the Fault button;
17) } comment on the results;
18) = remove all the connections.diagrams
