I was passionate since childhood to learn new things that has a valve in my life and also productive
for community. The place where I live people are deprived from basic education and their rights.
Where children strive for education but given limited resources can’t afford to study. Where hardly
student’s find a Library, Books which are essential for learning. I always seek an opportunity to
emphasize on social well being that’s significant requirement for sustainable development in which
Pakistan in general and our area in particular is far behind. Being a student of economics my first
priority is to have a command on my subject and do my degree over the top. I also have keen interest
to do my MS from abroad.

1) Who or what in the society has the power to define a problem, and how?

In my little experience of life I learned whenever you feel or solve a tiny problem of people
you get the satisfaction that no other activity will provide. In such a platform I would be able to
exchange positive norm of my culture and adopts their. In our town we established a committee to
built Library by self help we were helped out by many philanthropist who wanted to Contribute for
well being of humanity. So if you have clear intention the ways will open.

As I know people from different countries and culture will participate. Having opportunity to meet
learn from diverse students and teachers would enable me to understand the world in a different
perspective. I am sure everyone would have different goals which will help to formulized my ones.

2) If you were in a leadership position, how would you address some of the major consequences of
having any outdated policy that might currently be in place in Pakistan?
 In our country different race of people live together. Like Sindhi, pashtoons, Balochs and
Punjabi. Everyone perceived their own definition of of a social problem and have distinguish demand
for resources. The best way to avoid such problem is by providing education to whole nation further to
uniform their demands.
The local entities that work under government has outdated structure of operational activities
that’s leads to many social problems. In this case our prime responsibility is updating their functions in
order to work efficiently.
I guess the root cause of social problem is due to deficiencies of individuals in the society often
those who are effected by the problem. Changing and efforts are required by creating awareness
among individuals and modifying their knowledge about basic rights would help to eliminate
deficiencies.
