Dear Madam,
I am writing to request a change of class section
for my daughter, Geet Sinha, who is currently
enrolled in 9C. Due to unforeseen circumstances,
we believe it would be in her best interest to
switch to a different section.
We understand that class sections are assigned
based on several factors, including scheduling and
balancing class sizes. However, we are hoping that
an exception can be made in this case, as we feel
it is necessary for our daughter's academic
success.
Geet Sinha has been experiencing difficulty while
sitting in the class as there are more than 40
students in the class and she is not comfortable to
sit , and we believe that a change to a different
section may provide her with the comfort and
attention she needs. We have identified a specific
section that is 9A we believe would be a better fit
for her learning style and needs.
We appreciate your consideration of our request
and are willing to work with the school to
facilitate a smooth transition for our daughter.
Please let us know if there are any additional
steps we need to take to initiate this change.
