Q1. READ THE PASSAGE AND WRITE DOWN THEIR ANSWERS.
Passage:
Once upon a time, in a quiet village surrounded by dense forests, there lived a
young girl named Lily. Lily was known for her curiosity and her love for solving
mysteries. One sunny afternoon, as she was playing near the old oak tree, she
overheard Mrs. Watson, the village baker, talking about her missing necklace.
The necklace was a precious family heirloom, and Mrs. Watson was distraught
over its loss.

Lily decided to take on the challenge and find the missing necklace. She started
her investigation by visiting Mrs. Watson's bakery. As she looked around, she
noticed a trail of flour leading out the back door. Following the trail, she found
herself in the village market. There, she asked the merchants if they had seen
anything unusual. An old man selling fruits mentioned seeing a stray cat with
something shiny in its mouth.

Determined to find the cat, Lily headed to the outskirts of the village, where
the stray cats often roamed. After searching for hours, she finally spotted the
cat sleeping under a bush. To her delight, she found the necklace tangled in
the cat's collar. Carefully, she untangled the necklace and rushed back to Mrs.
Watson's bakery.

Mrs. Watson was overjoyed when Lily handed her the necklace. She thanked
Lily profusely and rewarded her with a basket of freshly baked cookies. The
whole village celebrated Lily's cleverness and bravery. From that day on, Lily
was known as the best detective in the village, and everyone turned to her
whenever they needed help solving a mystery.
