FAS 240 Module Two Worksheet
1. Business Name
Beltane Craft & Photography
Beltane Photography
Blessed Witch Photography
The first 2 names I wrote as possible names for my photography business are
aligned with my craft business. I originally planned to have 1 business license covering
both crafting and the photography. I chose Beltane as my particular name due to the fact
that it is my favorite Pagan holiday- my shop is inclusive to all beliefs- and because my
eldest child was born on Beltane and given that last name in honor of his birthday.
The final name I wrote as a possible name for my photography business is directly
aligned with the fact that I am Pagan and I intend to have my shop be all inclusive. I
believe that my shop should reflect my life choices and personality. I also believe in
making sure that the fact that I am Pagan is one of the first things everyone knows
because property decor could come across as a problem. I also tend to use fantasy
backgrounds as an option for backdrops.
2. Mission Statement
"At Beltane Craft and Photography, we're on a mission to SPARK JOY and CAPTURE

MAGIC! We believe that creativity is the spark that sets the soul on fire, and we're
passionate about crafting and capturing moments that make life more beautiful,
meaningful, and unforgettable. Our mission is to create handmade crafts that come from
the heart and photographs that tell stories from the soul. We're dedicated to inspiring our
customers to see the world in a new light, to appreciate the beauty in everyday moments,
and to cherish the memories we help create.”
Regardless of the product or customer, mission statements are crucial for any
organization. I decided to highlight my personal motivations for loving photography and
creating. Both make me happy and infuse my everyday existence with a feeling of beauty
and magic. Every stage of a project or camera click is a step closer to something
beautiful.
3. Vision
The emphasis will be on taking candid and intimate pictures of people in order to
produce something lovely to share with the world. I'll concentrate on realizing how
important it is to pay attention to everything around me and how it may be used to record
a moment in time. I'll also use my artistic abilities to design things that provide joy to
others. The mission statement is supported by the vision, which is a succinct and
straightforward expression of what I hope to accomplish.

Portrait photography is the kind of photography that lets me use both my passion
and my talents. This would be consistent with photography's capacity to record what we
perceive to be predetermined life events. And I will be able to just add something lovely
to life with my creativity.
5. Clientele
Since everyone would be ideal for portraiture, I don't have a particular audience in
mind for this style of photography. Additionally, I don't have any preferences or niches
when it comes to customers buying my items. Customers will be given a wide range of
publication options, enabling them to select the formats in which they feel most at ease.
All I want to do is record lovely and charming moments when my clients are at their most
relaxed.
6. Skill and Style
Ability Set, I am sometimes my own worst critic and find it difficult to identify
my photographic strengths. Because it's a comforting pastime, I can personalize it and be
happy with it. My ability to slow down and make others feel at ease enables me to create
an environment in which they may connect with me.
7. Equipment

I can launch my photography business with the equipment I now own. I now have
a Canon Rebel T7, which is a good entry-level camera, along with a lighting kit and an
18-55mm lens. Rather than the camera's characteristics, the emphasis is usually on
expertise and the image being taken. I just bought a flash, and depending on the situation,
I still need to practice using it. I also need to get a variety of backdrops and extra lenses,
particularly the 50mm, which is widely regarded as the ideal portrait lens.
