EXCLUDING EARTHQUAKE
It is hereby noted and agreed that this insurance shall not in any case to cover Earthquake, Fire
following Earthquake, Volcanic Eruption and Tsunami.
EXHIBITION AND DISPLAY CLAUSE (LIMIT IDR 2,000,000,000.00 ANY ONE OCCURRENCE AND IN
AGGREGATE FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD OF INSURANCE) WITH DEDUCTIBLE 10% OF CLAIM.
It is hereby declared and agreed that the Insurance in this Policy is extended to include accidental loss
or damage to property happening whilst the Insured is holding exhibition of their product at exhibition
and display sites anywhere within the Republic of Indonesia.
Provided always that :
if such property at the time of the accident be collectively of greater value than the sum insured, then
the insured shall be considered as being his/her own insurer for the difference, and shall bear a rateable
share of the loss or damage accordingly;
in respect of each and every occurrence, the insured shall be responsible for the first 10% (deductible)
(or any loss expenditure which may be incurred) of any expenditure for which the provision is made
under this policy, other than for loss or damage by fire;
the company shall not be liable for loss or damage cause by wear and tear, the process of cleaning,
repairing or restoring any article, the action of light or atmospheric conditions, moth or any other
gradually operating cause nor for damage to any steam boiler by its own explosion or collapse.
EXTRA CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION EXCLUSION CLAUSE
All cover in respect of extra-contractual obligations howsoever arising, such extra-contractual obligations being defined as
any award made by a court of competent jurisdiction against an insurer or reinsurer, which award is not within the
coverage granted by any insurance and/or reinsurance contract made between the parties in dispute, unless such
extra-contractual obligation is incurred as a result of the Reinsured`s participation in any reinsurance which provides cover
for such obligation, it being understood and agreed that such loss results from a contractual liability incurred by the
Reinsured.
FIRE BRIGADES CHARGES CLAUSE MAXIMUM IDR 200,000,000.00 IN AGGREGATE (IF LESS
THAN IDR 5,000,000.00 NO BILL REQUIRED)
It is hereby agreed that reasonable charges raised by any local authority for the provision of Fire Brigades called for the
purpose of protecting the premises shall be recoverable hereunder subject to a maximum as above.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS COST CLAUSE MAXIMUM IDR 200,000,000.00
The insurance by this policy extends to cover loss of or damage to the fire extinguishing appliances caused by the insured
perils. This extension is deemed to include the cost reasonably incurred of refilling the fire extinguishing appliances
providing always that such cost is incurred as a direct result of the fire extinguishing appliances for the extinguishment of
fire endangering the safety of the insured property.
