STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made this [Day] of [Month], [Year], by and between [agency name], located at
[registered business address], hereinafter referred to as the "Agency", and [Influencer Name],
hereinafter referred to as the "Influencer".
1. Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a strategic partnership wherein the Influencer will
leverage their status and following to acquire clients for the Agency.
2. Client Acquisition
The Influencer agrees to:
a) Leverage their status and following to identify potential clients for the Agency.
b) Reach out to potential clients through any agreed-upon method.
c) Present the Agency's services in a professional and accurate manner.
3. Compensation
a) The Influencer will receive a commission equivalent to 5% of the client's monthly net earnings
from their OnlyFans account for the duration of the client's contract with the Agency.
b) If the Influencer chooses to promote the client to their audience, they will receive an
additional commission of 5% of that client's monthly net earnings from their OnlyFans account
for the duration of the client's contract with the Agency.
4. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time without any conditions.
5. Non-Compete
The Influencer agrees not to partner with or assist any competing agencies offering similar
services as the Agency during the duration of this Agreement.
6. Confidentiality
The Influencer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Agency's client lists and any other
information deemed confidential by the Agency.
7. Promotion and Branding
The Influencer may use the Agency's branding, logo, or other intellectual property as needed,
provided it is used in a manner that aligns with the Agency's brand image and reputation.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior
negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
